2015 marks the 20th year anniversary of the legendary Air Max 95 designed by Sergio Lozano. In celebration, Nike will introduce two new silhouettes to the classic Air Max 95 model: the Air Max 95 Ultra and “Jacquard.” The “Ultra” Air Max features a sleeker design by consolidating its layers (with regards to the sewing pattern) into one solid layer base. This latest creation is by Dylan Raasch who is also accredited for the Roshe One and Air Max Thea. The “Ultra” keeps the original Air Max color pattern, but is now in juxtaposition to the original color scheme. The “Jacquard” features an edgier aesthetic – sporting a detailed woven upper pattern mixed with innovative flywire support. The designer of the “Jacquard” Ben Yun, finishing touches includes the traditional Air Max neon. The Air Max 95 Ultra and Air Max 95 “Jacquard” are expected to hit shelves on July 16, 2015 at Nike Sportswear retailers.
