Air Jordan 2 “Radio Raheem”

The Jordan Brand is set to release the Air Jordan 2 “Radio Raheem” model paying homage to the famous character from the 1989 film “Do the Right Thing.” Radio Raheem’s character stood out in the film for his love of Brooklyn. His Brooklyn pride was heavily showcased in the film by sporting his now famous boombox blasting Public Enemy’s radio hit at the time “Fight the Power.” His love of BK also transcribed via wardrobe, sporting two four-fingered rings with the words “love” and “hate,” and his famous “Bed Stuy Do or Die” T-shirt. Taking all these elements into account, the Jordan Brand has created a color combination that best represents Radio Raheem in sneaker form. The shoe is dressed in a black, fire pink, photo blue, and atomic orange color scheme. Check out photo previews of the shoe above, and don’t forget to share with us your thoughts/comments below. The pair is set to release on Saturday, January 9, 2016 at select Jordan Brand retailers. The retail price tag is set at $190 dollars. Stay tuned to and follow us on all social networks (via @Snkrbst) for more updates and releases.
