Brooks may not sound familiar to most, but the American footwear company has been around for over 100 years now – catering more specifically to runners. The brand is now looking to immerse itself in sneaker culture with the Heritage lineup, and more recently its collaboration with BAIT. Their most recent release was a celebration of BAIT’s new Seattle brick-and-mortar location and Brooks’ 100th anniversary.
This limited collection featured striking hues – showing off the sneaker’s clean line and silhouettes. The collaboration featured the vintage Chariot runner with pigskin suede overlays and a smooth leather base. There were also hints of red and teal adorning the heel to the quarter; deep navy over the mid-foot and toe of the shoe. Topping off the shoe is a contrasting white; accompanied by the Brooks logo placed in the middle of the medial and lateral sides.
Above take a look at the Brooks x Bait collaboration, and let us know here at Snkrbst.com if you’ll be making a purchase for the holiday season. To purchase a pair, you can visit their site at www.cncpts.com. Retail price is set at $120 dollars.
