KANYE WEST’S LATEST TRACK “FACTS” THROWS SHADE AT NIKE

Always one to draw attention for the dramatics is sir Kanye West, who just finished the year with an enormous chunk of change for his Yeezy line. Kanye had been quiet for most of the year since the release of both his footwear and apparel line – but with the release of this latest track, he’s made it a point to let the world know he’s still very much apart of the rap game. “Facts” is his latest track produced by MetroBoomin and Southside, and is quickly garnering attention for its not so subtle shade targeted at Nike. With lyrics like I aint dropped the album but the shoes went platinum” and “Yeezy just jumped over Jumpman.” clearly, Kanye is feeling boastful about his new sneakers being a hit. It’s been reported that Kanye has sold over one million pairs of Yeezys since its release, so we guess he has the right to brag… does he have the right to call out Nike tho? Hmm. Well, we guess Mr. West will keep us on our toes (pun intended) with the promotion machine backing his upcoming album entitled “SWISH.” Take a listen to “Facts” by hitting the hyperlink below, and don’t forget to share your thoughts and comments with us. Is this a “Swish” hit or a miss? Also, stay tuned to Snkrbst.com for all the latest from fashion to music. #thinklikeus
