Plenty of merit goes into a reputable college basketball team dominated by its point guard – especially when aspiring NBA talent turns professional. Sunday’s game in particular was a showdown of two of the best centers in college ball: freshman player Jahlil Okafor of Duke battled Wisconsin’s Frank Kiminsky – only to be later named the Naismith College Player of the Year. Both teams currently have two of the best offenses in the nation. Duke has averaged a little over 80 points a game this season; Wisconsin averaged nearly 73. They came close to those numbers back in a December game, where Duke won: 80-70. Both Duke and Wisconsin have talented players in every position; so the only difference between teams for future reference will be who gets the better player on their side of the court.
