Nike Air Trainer 2 Premium “Safari ‘88”

Nike prepares themselves to launch yet another color-way for the Air Trainer 2’s in the new “Safari ‘88”. This shoe was inspired by the memorable season of NFL Hall of Famer running back Barry Sanders for his unforgettable year at Oklahoma State in 1988. That was the year the NFL Hall of Famer was awarded the Heisman Trophy for his record- breaking statistics at Oklahoma State. That season of 1988, Sanders rushed for 2,628 rushing yards and 39 touchdowns; achieving what was one of the most outstanding college football performances in the NCAA. In representation of his Oklahoma State career, this shoe is given an orange, black and white color-way with the number 21 stamped on the heel for Barry’s college jersey number. The Nike Air Trainer Premium “Safari ‘88” is set to drop on Saturday, July 26th
