Nike Lebron 12 EXT “Rubber City”

Nike has just unveiled its latest: The Lebron 12 EXT “Rubber City.” This latest color-way was inspired by the city of Akron, its area code, and the tire company Goodyear – hence the name. The shoe also comes in a  black silhouette, accompanied by an intricate tire-like design on the upper base. The upper portion also sits beautifully on a translucent outsole – giving the shoe a chrome-like aesthetic. Chrome-like details can also be spotted on the iconic Nike swoosh, hyperposite upper and laces. On the heel tab,, we see the “330” area code – mirroring the sentiment and inspiration behind the “Rubber City 12” model. The Nike Lebron “Rubber City” EXT 12 is set to release on April 25, 2015. Be sure to let us know how you feel about this latest model in the comments below. Also, stay tuned to for all the latest in footwear.
