Rita Ora joins the Adidas family and becomes the first female artist to collaborate with the star studded squad. Rita Ora joins Kanye West, Pharrell Williams, Snoop Dogg, and a squadron of other designers from the Adidas team. Early Tuesday morning Rita posted a picture on her Instagram showing off a sneak peak of her collection with the Adidas brand quoted, “its official my first collection for Adidas!!! Yes finally! Me and my team have worked so hard together to create the best sexiest coolest sportswear possible. Please enjoy it and bots it’s time to takeover.”
You can expect Rita Ora to bring her street style to the brand and get a lot more females engaged into the sneaker culture. The 23-year-old British singer is no stranger to the sneaker world and fashion culture. She stated, “I’m a massive fan of the brand,” she told WWD. “I grew up working at a sneaker store when I was 16 and am a huge sneakerhead. It’s so cool that I’m able to do this with a brand that I sold when I was younger.” I believe a fashionable and trendy female is what the brand needed to get a sense of the current trends. Congratulations to Rita Ora and the Adidas brand on their new deal. We can expect a ton of new styles just in time for the summer. Remember a women’s touch always does the trick.
